Return & Refund Policy

1. Donations

As a non-profit organization, Talarak Foundation Inc. generally does not offer refunds on donations.

Approval: Refunds for donation errors are issued at the sole discretion of the Foundation's Board of Trustees.

2. Merchandise Returns

If you purchased physical goods (e.g., t-shirts, posters) from our shop:

Window: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Proof: You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
